About me
My Journey From Burnout to Balance
I'm Coach Ingo—counseling psychologist, certified stress management trainer, and burnout survivor.
After losing my freedom of mind in a cult and later collapsing into a 6-month burnout where I couldn't work, think, or care about anything, I made a decision: understand this completely, heal myself, and help others avoid the same pain.
I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology (Boston, 1996) with a thesis on cult trauma and recovery. Over the past 30 years, I've explored everything—from clinical psychology to alternative healing—testing what actually works on myself first, then with clients.
Here's what I believe: The way we see the problem usually IS the problem. Changing perspective is part of the solution, which is why having support matters.
As the Buddha said: "Do not believe me, the teachers, or even the books. Believe only what you yourself have tested and found beneficial."
That's why I created this course—so you can test these methods yourself and find your own path to balance.
