Hi, I'm Coach Ingo

As a counseling psychologist and certified stress management trainer, I have experienced the feelings of overwhelm and burnout firsthand. After my own 6-month burnout and 30 years of research and practice, I've developed the methods that truly work.

My Master's degree in counseling psychology with a thesis on "Cult Trauma and Recovery" and decades of experience with stressed professionals form the foundation of my work.
